You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Submit proposals to customers
- Commercial and residential sales
- Visit commercial and residential job sites to meet customers and confirm sizes
- Answer phone calls
- Assist with Walk-In customers
- Building and sending quotes
- Process payments
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Familiarity of architect drawings is a plus
- Basic carpentry knowledge is a plus
Skills
- Motivated Self Starter
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Email and phone skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Smart device knowledge
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of Excel, Email
- Very organized
- Proficient with Apple/Macintosh products
- Must be able to work 50+ hours a week
- Must be able to work well with a team
- Must have reliable transportation
Wage Information
Base Salary: $35,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year
Plus commission pay
